QUANAH AND FRIENDS - STORIES
Part Twelve

Snowman was born June 22, 2006 under the shed in Mr. and Mrs. W's backyard. He had two brothers and one sister and when they were six weeks old Mr. W was able to catch Snowman and his sister Cassie but not their other two brothers.

Snowman was a very good brother to his sister, taking care of her, cleaning her, playing with her. When they were twelve weeks old, they were old enough to be adopted.

Cassie was adopted by Mr. and Mrs. W's son who also took Buster's sister so the two girls could remain together.

Mr. and Mrs. W adopted Snowman but after Cassie left they noticed that Snowman was very sad, not eating, not playing. They were very worried about him and took him to visit Dr. Jackie.

Dr. Jackie said that even animals can get sad when someone they love goes away. Mr. and Mrs. W spent lots of time with Snowman to show him he was loved, feeding him special food to make him eat, playing with him.

Snowman

After a while Snowman was happy again, but is a very shy kitty. He gets scared easy but has grown into a beautiful big kitty who is very loving.

His sister Cassie is doing fine, living with two other kitties. She is a little shy as well with strangers which could be because they were older when rescued and more feral.

So now Quanah lives in a house full to the brim with other kitties, and he is the leader of them all. He is getting a little old but is still the number one fur baby in the Williams' house.

End of Part Twelve.
