FASHION SCARF PATTERN Photo follows the pattern.
Supplies:
- 50 gm eyelash yarn
- 50 gm chunky weight yarn in matching colour, or one strand of fingering weight yarn plus one strand of knitting worsted weight yarn
- 9.0 mm needles
My scarves are about 3 - 3.5 inches wide and just under 5 feet long.
With one strand of each yarn, cast on 8 stitches, very loose.
Work in garter stitch (knit every row) until the scarf is the length you want.
Cast off loose. Weave in ends.
The yellow/orange scarf on the left is one strand of eyelash in variegated yellows/oranges and one strand of pale yellow chunky weight acrylic yarn.
Black scarf in the centre is one strand of black eyelash with a silver thread, one strand of black 3-ply Kroy sock wool, and one strand of black Wool-Ease with a metalic thread in it.
White scarf on the right is one strand of white eyelash that has coloured slubs (blue/green/yellow/pale orange) and one strand of white chunky weight acrylic yarn.
